I just ordered some Z06 Chrome wheels from corvette mike, and the guy on the phone (Matt) told me to just treat the wheels like a normal painted surface..and I should wax them just like the paint on the car.
So I'm asking you guys...should I Zaino my chrome wheels?

One thing I noticed with my new chromies is that now I have to dry them because of water spots. I didn't see any spots on the original wheels. Bummer.

Chrome is pretty tough stuff, so you have a lot of choices when it comes to cleaning/maintaining. I tend to use Windex to get them mostly clean, then cotton towel to buff, then a wax or Zaino to give a protective coat. Be sure to keep the brake dust from accumulating.

Thanks for the reply fellas, the chromies should be here early next week. I'm gonna Zaino the hell outta em to help pass the time until the car gets here.

(I might Zaino them in the living room in front of the TV just to piss the old lady off)
