I bought my z used and it came with chrome 18's all the way around. The tires are 245/40/18 front and 275/40/18 rear. How far are off those from the correct size? They dont rub or anything, so should I worry about it?
Thanks

Kind of narrow but you'll be allright.
Should be 265/35/18s on the front and 295/35/18s on the rear.

I think Tom just made a type-o. The fronts are 265/40/17 and the rears are 295/35/18.

Since you have 18's all the way around, the front's should be 275/35/18, enough profile to push outside the rim a little. I have custom polished 18's up front that are 9.5 wide with that tire size.

I presume you have 9.5 width up front? As the other members have already stated, you need 295/35/18 in back. I'd be surprised if you have no damage on the lip of those rims.

I was giving him the dim. that most use with 18s all around.
245s are pretty narrow compared to a 265 for the front.

Yeah you can tell by looking at the wheels that the fronts could have a wider tire. I just didnt want to fork over the money for new tires since these are brand new.
