Not really a "mod", but an appearance change. Has anyone tried these? From the pictures on their site, the steering wheel decals and air bag decals look great, not to mention the ones for the front license cover and rear bumper...

At $15 a kit, that's pretty reasonable, and I think (at least with the interior ones) that it sets the car off nicely. Look at the steering wheel without vs. with the decals.

Second question... how difficult was it to apply them? Based on the fact that I'll be taking delivery of my 5 mile TR Z soon, I won't have to deal with any dust or grunge on the interior, but is it a heat transfer process, or just an adhesive backing deal?

What's the longevity of these things? Any problems with peeling in heat?

Thanks!!

Adhesive backing is used on all three, they work well and seem to lbe durable. Be sure to clean the areas with denatured alcohol as the directions say . Take your time when putting them on, use an exacto knife and a good pair of tweezers. LOL

CAU makes good stuff and they stand behind it. I have their rear lettering, steering wheel decals, and door sill decals. They all look factory. I highly recommend them.

Hard to tell them anything when they don't answer the phone. :)

I just ordered the silver front/rear Corvette decals (at $15/set, you can't beat that), the red/white/black steering wheel decals, and a silver Corvette decal for the passenger's glove box for a whopping $45.

I liked the polished stainless steel ($89 ea. for front and rear) inserts which are flush when installed, but that's a lot of coin, and besides, it's extra weight. :)
