Hey folks,

I think that the stock rotors on our Z's do a decent job of self-cleaning (ie - after washing the car, all you need to do is drive the car a short distance and apply the brakes, and the rust/dirt seems to be scrubbed off). But then again, the surface of the stock rotors is nice and flat, so there are no holes or slots to NOT be scrubbed by the calipers.

Since the Eradispeeds are mostly "for looks," I just want to be sure that if I got a set I could keep them looking great.

Along those lines, some questions...

- Does use of the brakes scrub the faces of the E-speeds clean?
- Do the holes/slots get black while the face stays clean?
- Do you have to take extra cleaning measures to clean the faces/slots/holes? (Or is this answered by the first question?)

Thanks, folks!

Kirk,

JMHO: Here most previous threads on this seem to indicate the E-speeds run dirtier and harder to keep clean but stopping power better. ??
