my driver's side door is starting to really annoy me. basically any music makes the foam behind the door panel squeek now. if you apply pressure with your elbow while driving it stops. is there any easy fix for this? how does the door panel come off? i would prefer to not go to the dealer as they are a bunch of retards and would probably suggest that i refill my wiper fluid to resolve it.

Are you sure it's not just the Bose emblems that are rattling? In the title you say it's a rattle, and in the post you say it's a squeek. Do you have both??

I had the same symptom. It turned out to be a loose window track in my case. Dealer tightened it, and the door now closes with a solid sound like new + no rattles at all. Good luck.

To pull the door skin off, follow the directions from Vette Essentials. I did this when replacing my door handles with the VE product. It was pretty simple. I have to pull my passenger door apart in the near future to fix a couple of rattles. Unfortunately for me, it isn't the Bose emblem but something in the door.
