You have a vette but you don't work, so you won't be able to drive it to work.

I have a job but no vette.

That is a CB Antenna & mount made especially for Vets. It uses the top two license plate mounting holes to attach a clear plexiglas bracket, and the short antenna attaches to that. I always use my CB radio and V-1 when I travel to keep tabs on smokey!
If anyone is interested in how/where to get one, let me know, and I will post it.

The CB antenna mount is called "Corvette Buddy." For information:

The kit comes with the license plate mounting bracket, antenna (custom built for Corvette), coaxial cable. The antenna comes in either white, red, or black.

The brochure I have does not show the price, but I believe I paid $55-60 about 3 years ago. Hope this helps!
