How does one go about getting a CUSTOM BUILT Borla Exhaust??? Isn't a Borla Exhaust a Borla Exhaust or maybe they had to make it special to work out there in Arizona with that K&N filter eh? LOL

Sorry JLA... It isn't a Borla you can buy... they are 2 XR1 Race Mufflers, that actually come out the Left Rear Corner, and Right Rear Corner. It is custom because everything was fabricated from the 2 bolt flanges back... I wasn't impressed with either of Borla's C5 Direct replacement systems, but Respect the quality of their mufflers.

Make Sense?
Yeah, now that you explain it...It does... Though I probably would have went with B&B myself even though their run of the mill systems are crap and look like they were made in Tijuana.

So much for the BIG PRT Smoke show.

I knew that the Korvette Forum was up to something the whole time.

I can tell you this though... realistically, there is only about 5 RWHP in Exhaust... so if you have to pay near $500.00... I would recommend against it.

Straight pipes net a few more ponies, but sound like CRAP IMO, and they lose TQ Down low.

Peace
355 rwhp, 354 rwtq corrected at .99. have vortex and power duct.

bob
Totally stock made 336rwhp and 340 torque.
Removed air filter and it went to 342 and 343 respectively.
Car only has 1,500 miles so should pick up more as time and miles add up.
