No reason to be afraid of ethanol, people run 90 percent ethanol as race fuel on MANY many applications now days. E85 is race fuel, 85 percent ethanol. It's not corrosive and does not eat away at fuel lines, filters etc like the myths presented.

As long as you have a fuel pump that can handle the flow rate and injectors that can pump enough per hour/ cc's modern car fuel systems handle ethanol with out any problems. Ethanol actually cleans out fuel systems and problems reported from such are normally from the ethanol cleaning out dirty systems which leads to gunk and jammed up filters.. E85 is god given fuel when tuned correctly and can be used on any setup.

Now, running a blend of pump and ethanol works only if you are tuned properly for it.
