Hi Fellow Z folks
I want to add an exhaust plate to my silver Z
I am looking for recomendations. Which do you think looks the best, easiest to care for, etc?
Thanks in advance for any recomendations you can pass along.

I recently purchased the polished stainless rolled ZO6 plate from RG at X-treme Motorsports.

It is a little more expensive, but this is a quality piece! Heavy guage stainless and the ZO6 is engraved.

Hold up better than what? Plastic? Probably not
Plus, have you tried cleaning those metal ones? I'm dishing my polished BPP rear plate for a yellow plastic one.

Anyone want to buy my old mirrored BPP plate with C5 logo?

The metal ones are easy to clean with a wash mit...no need to make things tough

I have had two of them, small and large and they both look great as I take care of the car like most Vette owners. I dry with a leaf blower and wipe down with Zaino after each wash.

That's what I used to do - agree it works well. But the plate grimes up too easily and takes a lot of "Q-tip" work to get looking perfect, so I personally prefer the plastic - it doesn't show nearly as much dirt as a mirror would.

To each his own. They're all nice, and anything is certainly better than that funky fiberglass tub down there, right?

The Z06 plate is etched in, not an emblem.

The emeblems on my car don't grime up either...maybe it my Zaino wash...LOL.
