Frank,

Thanks for the numbers. What surprised me was number of Torch Red produced (48%)! No insults intended, I love Torch Red, but I didn't realize that almost half the Zs out there are red!

Even our registry shows our members to have Black, Silver, Red, Yellow and White in the order of popularity. Why won't these Torch Red guys join?!

Thanks Frank for the numbers. I guess that my yellow car is in the minority, but not the least. Wonder how many '01s were built(all vettes) and how many total yellow there are??? Bill

I knew my Z06 was special. Funny that evne though such a small number of sppedway whites were made, I know five people in Houston that have them.

Thanks for the numbers.

What I have come to notice is that a lot of these guys either don't have computers or they don't know how to use them.

I don't think that we are a hostile group. /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif

Anyways, we don't bite..............HARD. /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_lol.gif

Don't want to be the nitpickers here but that Torch number looks too high and may be in error. Seems the production by colors totals 6,938, but should total 5,773.

The percentage totals also are incorrect, they total 120%. /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_confused.gif /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_confused.gif /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_confused.gif /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_confused.gif /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_confused.gif /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_confused.gif /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_confused.gif /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_confused.gif /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_confused.gif /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_confused.gif

Frank - Is there another way to verify the Z06 numbers? All of us with '01s would like to know for the record.

Mirror, mirror, on the wall the SW/Mod Red is the rarest of them all!

Last week I had the opportunity to tour the Bowling Green plant, they were making the last of the 2001's. On the line were several 2002 Z06's (even Electron Blue) and all of them were tagged Driver Audit Vehicle. The lowest number I saw was #64 and was Red w/ Black Red seats. They said that the 2002 will be evualated during the two week shut down and would not say if they would be sold to the public. Probably used for promotions and driving schools?

The Electron Blue does look good.

Based on the percentages, it is clearly the IRS. Lord knows they have been keeping us in the red all these years. jerboa /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif
