well, I was a bit disappointed at first but here goes the breakdown....after looking at that last run, I know she has lots more in her.....
I was really screwing up bad. Guess that is what I get for not having a 6spd anymore and not making it to the track in nearly a year.
I ran 4 times.
First run was a [email protected] 2.0 60' .504 light
Second run was [email protected] 2.1 60' .541 light
Third run was [email protected] 2.2 60' .501 light
Fourth run(SHIT!) [email protected]*** Missing 4th gear. 2.0 60' .502 light
Now the interesting part 4th gear carries me a good 3-400 ft at least. I missed it and just left it in nuetral, thus the low mph. But I did manage to get the same time...pisses me off cause, I gained over 1.5mph and knocked off over .5 of a second in the 1/8th. So that shows that I would have run like [email protected] if I had not been a bonehead. I was however managing to hit the damn light like gold. Nearly cut 3 perfect lights though.
I was having trouble launching on our terrible track and need to re-learn to drive. /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_frown.gif
Hope to get some dyno #'s soon.
OH yeah, I almost forgot...car has a hair over 400miles on it, so I know it will get quicker. I was shifting at 6500 on runs 1-3 and 6k on run 4. The 6k shifts seem to make it run better.
