Nice. Sounded like the Z hit the limiter twice but was pulling after a slow start. I wonder how the C6 did on their shifts.

No this was three of 15 or so runs... Both drivers agreed these were two of the races that most accurately describe the difference between the two cars. Each race, the torque of the c6 would pull the z through third gear )the lower the rpms the harder the C6 would pull)- 4th gear the Z would edge out the C6. I can get the Z driver to back me if you don't believe., No limiters hit in any of the races posted.. I have 2-3 videos /races where the Z hit the limiter, and it ended up 2-3 cars back... ;)

My car is a 1SX/Z51/MN6.... Bone stock.

You have the MN12 Tranny with the Z51 package :cheers:

I remember a few posts debating this... It is listed as MN6 on several of the GM spec sheets ect.... MN6-MN12 What's the difference????

Like I said before, I can show you races where the Z hits the limiter... It was ugly.... (2-3 cars back). You don't hit the limiter on the initial punch and that is where the C6 would pullthe Z.. Yes the Z is faster (top end), but it is pretty darn close.....

Big difference C6's with the Z51 package have the same tranny as the Z06 :cheers:

MM6-------- MN12
1st Gear 2.66: 2.97:
2nd Gear 1.78: 2.07:
3rd Gear 1.30: 1.43:
4th Gear 1.00: 1.00:
5th Gear 0.74: 0.84:
6th Gear 0.50: 0.56:
Reverse 2.90: 3.28:
