A few weeks ago I came across this site looking for anything on the z06, and I definitley found what I was looking for and then some. Magazines just don't offer what it is like to actually own a vette.

I don't have a vette yet, and sadly, the soonest I'll be able to get one is 2003. /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_frown.gif It's kinda hard to buy one while in college. The good knews is that I'm on the list at
Les Stanford. My parents think I'm crazy, but
I'm just very excited. /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

Anyways, I just wanted to say hi.

SMFCPACFP,
I agree completely, that's why I started saving for one about 7 years ago at age 12. I've got a summer co-op lined up in electrical engineering that pays quite well. I hope to have roughly half like you said. Also, the 50th only comes around once, and I'm not sure that I like what I've seen of the c6 for 2004.

Welcome to the forum and I want to say as a college professor that many of my students who have seen my new Z06 have had the same reaction. They say, "Now I know why I want to study hard, stay in school, and get a good job." Dream Big!
