I am not sure. I will check with my buddy who had a C5 C06 with several sets of wheels.

But I think with 345's on they might be to wide.

This was his reply. He thinks they would fit, but he never ran that size.

Here is what he said:
"I think he'd need to remove the rear brake cooling ducts and may need a spacer but the lug pattern is same. I'd search corvette forum."

Maybe post here and corvetteforum.com to find someone who successfully ran those wheels on a C5 Z06.

4 Factory 2007 C6 Z06 wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport Cups mounted. Tires have about 70% life left.

Wheels have TPMS sensors and center caps.
