I am not computer savvy, so I must admit, I don't know how to get the cartoon from the magazine sitting next to my scanner, to this forum....BTW, I have signed up for two computer classes to "edjukate" myself, and hopefully I will learn how to use all these hi-tech gizmos! /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif Heck, I do not even have an answering machine, pager, fax, cell phone, HDTV, home theatre, wireless internet, digital camera, or call forwarding! Ok guys, tried scanning and that's as far as I got. /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_redface.gif the scan image went to a thingee called "presto page manager" and I was (didn't know) unsure of what to do next. Since this type of thing frustrates the daylights out of me, I gave up...not worth the hassle to me. Sorry, and like I said earlier, I am taking computer classes real soon, I can learn, me thinks. /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

Zippy,

Hit Start...Find...Files or Folders...and then type in the name of the picture. It will find the folder it is in for you. Note the address.

It may have to be exported first Frank. Highlight the scanned pic in your scanner software Zippy and then click file and then export. Next name it as a picture.jpg or picture.gif and then send the resulting file by email to Frank.
