It would be interesting to see the same tests performed at a drag strip with a to b and b to a comparisons. This would show real world results assuming the driver is consistent. I would like to see this done with at least 93 octane so that we would know what the best possible improvement would be.

Powershifter offer

I would love to see the results from someone who can obviously drive the wheels off a Z06 do a comparison. This would give us a real world comparison from someone who will be consistent.
I will buy a sidewinder if he gets positive results on the comparison.
I also worry about differences in charge temp. between stock and sidewinder on dyno with hood open vs. closed on track
with high speed forced air.

Power Shifter Test

I find it somewhat disturbing that there appears to be some resistance to outside objective testing of the product. I would think that this offer whould be jumped on if the product is as good as it is indicated to be. Just think of the number of orders that would be generated if Powershifter dropped into the 11's with the Sidewinder or if he picked up .2 in ET on a given day. My experience with engines and dyno development projects (including writing machine language code for acquiring data and then processing it) indicated that SAE correction factors are not always that accurate. Atmospheric conditions have a huge impact on results and can cause a major shift in output. Some NASCAR teams duplicate track underhood temperature and track intake air temperatures to assure engine dyno accuracy. The point of all this is that you can't beat track testing to really determine the value of a modification on the vehicle. By the way, some teams also use chassis dyno load cells that are coupled directly to the axles to avoid tire variability in their testing.
