Basically this is an "electric supercharger" that actually looks legit. The primary difference is that instead of trying to do forced induction, it is actually an electric motor that replaces the alternator. When your accelerating, it switches from alternator mode to motor mode and adds it's own horsepower to your cars drivetrain via the serpentine belt. Looks like gas/electric hybrid technology is about to become a bolt on. :eek:

Unfortunately, the page doesn't say how much power the motor actually produces, but what I do know is that high powered electric motors usually can produce a lot of torque and the curve is flat as a rail.

I think I heard of them before. Let's just say that I won't be lining up for one anytime soon. :D

At best it will take away the load from the accessories,I doubt if it will add power or it would be fighting the engines rpm.Look kinda big too,any hp gan would be negated by the weight.Call me skeptical,but I won't be getting one any time soon.
