Hey:
Anyone had problems with headers after install? Mine Dynamaxx Supermaxx , I think are leaking and fouling the O2 sensor readings beacause the car is running richer than before the install. I had a prob. with the install because the flanges were not perfectly flat, and leaked on hard acceleration. After putting on factory exh gaskets, the ones recommended by Dynamaxx, the leak stopped? I cannot hear it anyway, but I do not know if it is sucking air and fouling the radings.

Ed you may want to re-torque the header bolts after a few heat cycles. Reach in there with a box end wrench or what ever will fit and see if they are still snug. You could use a temp probe, we use a non-contract type at work, to see if the header pipes are all about the same temp. Much of a variation in temp may indicate a leaking gasket. The exhaust side of these engines run pretty sooty so you may be able to see where it's leaking if it still is. An inspection mirror and a strong light source will help.
Hope some of this helps you out.
