I have a question for all of you expert Z06 dragsters out there. I had a chance to play around with the G-tech yesterday. The outside temperature was 100 degree. I did a few runs with my friend in the car. Here is the condition of the run:

outside temp. = 100 degree F
coolant temp. = ~210-220
surface = smooth but ~5 degree uphill
launch = 1,800-2,500

I did 4 runs:
1st run = 5.37 sec with a friend (~180+ lbs) and A/C on.
2nd run = 5.32 sec with a friend and A/C off.
3rd run = 5.57 sec w/o friend, but too much wheel spins.
4th run = 5.12 sec with slight spin on first; I feel that the engine borged down a little because not enough RPM.

I think if I can perfect my launching technique, I can get ~3/10th of a second better with the above conditions. That would knock it down to ~4.8 sec 0-60 mph.

The question is, what would be a perfect condition to run test like this and how much time will I improve?

thanks
