I have a 03 Z06 with 1200 miles. Since the car was new the steering wheel would not return to it's center position after making a right hand turn. The problem will correct it's self if you make a turn to the left or if you hit a bump. This problem is mostly noticeable on the highway after turning right and getting on a highway. The steering wheel will be offset slightly to the right and after going over an bridge expansion joint or bump the wheel will center. I had the car checked last year at 880 miles and the tech witness the problem and was a little puzzled. He did a complete alignment and re-tourqued the rack and all the adjusters. The problem seemed ok for a while but started again. The car drives perfectly straight and smooth and tracks very good.

Does anybody have any ideas I can give the tech. They are going to look at it again next week. Thanks
