Just read on the C5 Registry site (dated 5-23) that the total 2001 production to date is 5,566 cars! GM expects to build a total number of 5,700. The Registry will post color combinations soon....will keep you posted. /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

I have always heard that the targeted production figure for the '01 Z06 was 6,000. Even though they were off to a slow start, it looks like they worked out their production problems and are coming close to meeting their goal. They were able to kick up the production and that's why you saw dealers getting increased allocations at the end of this model year.
