I changed mine @ 500 miles when I added the magnetic drain plug and Delco UPF 44 filter.

As many have reported... immediate increase in oil pressure was a side benefit.

I changed mine at 500 miles.

One of the most important things is that first oil change. There are a lot of different opinions, just as there are different opinions on the engine break in cycle. But most everyone will agree that it should be done after the engine break in period of roughly 500 miles and before 1K miles.
