Excellent question Vladcanada!

One can only guess at this point. With 505 factory warrantied HP, I plan to leave mine pure stock. The car will more than enough HP to keep me happy! :thumb:

I'm sorry I thought you were talking about the C5 Z06.

I would think that with a little time LG, Cartek and A&A will have the new Z pushing carzy HP numbers :cheers:

OK the LS7 then. At 505 HP seems very low to me. IMO the general left an easy 100 HP on the table for a variety of reasons.

1. Room to improve (increase HP in future years)
2. Durability/reliability
3. Fuel economy

We have many members with 427's putting out 550 RWHP :cheers:

4. Emissions legality :D

I can pretty much bet the farm that none of our members
or tuners 427's will meet the required ULEV, SULEV, or
GodknowswhatletteritisnowLEV regulations that a NEW car
has to meet to be marketed.

GM doesn't have a choice.. no pass no sell
