I just happened to pull up the link you included in your post. The good news is I worked for this same dealership at that location and they are someone you can trust. They have probably inspected the car already and have corrected any typical issues you might incur. Just ask the sales person to show you the inspection sheet and how much they spent reconditioning the car, it should be no problem. When I was there we had a customer that bought a Volvo and the car had a bad dash cluster. The repair was some stupid amount like $2K. The customer was not happy so they just took the car back.
I would keep looking. There are other dealers local to you, just hop on a site like cargurus, autotrader, or autolist to find a car you are interested in from a dealer near you. Good luck with your search.
