What mods would you do first and what order of priority?

Of course we'd all like 427 TTs, but give us bolt on boys some basics please!

Thanks,

Greg

Pretty much what I did:

Had chrome rims from the dealer. :)

Mats/Trunk liner with the infamous 405 logo: Lloyd
Intake - Vararam
Shifter - Hurst
Headers - Supermaxx

Tack-ons - Raptor shift lights, and Valentine 1.

I would do the CAGS skip shift sooner not later.

Soon to be completed: drilled/slotted rotors with Ceramic pads and integrated Ipod.

;)

#1 Longtube headers such as Supermaxx, Kooks, LG, etc.
#2 Ram Air intake such as Vortex, MTI, Vararam, etc.

These 2 are the most important for extra HP/Torque/SOTP

Cags
Exhaust
Wheels - Not Too Heavy
Shifter
Cold Air
Wires With Socks
Headers
Thermostat
Dyno Tune
Lloyd Carpet Mats
This Would Be Mild And Not Radical At All
Of Course As You Thought If You Have The Bucks
427 Twin Turbos Seem To Run All Right

1. Vararam
2. GHL Magnum Catback
3. Hurst Shifter
4. Dynatech Headers
5. Smooth coupler
Then I went nuts and did a full Vette Essentials interior,
Chrome motorsports wheels, and just recently finished an
Antivenom full Heads/cam package! As you can see, modding
your Z06 is an addiction, and there is no end in sight! ;)

If I had to do it all over again, I would have added the 427 first and then built from there. It would have saved me a lot of time and money.

Great replies guys!
It's like playing real life Gran Turismo...
I started by lowering the car on stock bolts, did a Corsa Indy exhaust for sound, and now thinking about extra ponies.
Seems like the long tubes and varararam are necessities, with a nice tune.

Thanks guys,

Greg
