WELL I JUST GOT MY LLOYDS "EMBROIDERED " MATS TODAY. I GOT THE HEAVY DUTY ONES. NUMBER ONE THE JERK AT ECKELRS (RICK) MESSED UP THE ORDER AND SENT ME REGULAR C5 MATS. ALSO CAR COVER IS ON BACK ORDER WHICH HE DID NOT TELL ME. OK BACK TO THE MATS. THIS EMBRIODERED EMBLEM IS FU-KING GLUED ON THE CARPET. IT SITS APROX 1/2 INCH ELEVATED ON THE CARPET ENDS. FOR GODS SAKE YOU CAN TRIP ON THE DAMN THING. I JUST SHELLED OUT 139.95 PLUS 169.95 FOR THE CARGO MAT. DONT MAKE THIS MISTAKE PEOPLE MINE ARE ON THE WAY BACK AS WE SPEAK. IM PISSED LOVE NIB

I have the Lloyd heavy pile mats and yes, the emblem is "glued" on but I certainly wouldn't say you could trip over it. I've never caught a single shoe or anything else on it, ever, in the past year. You can't even tell unless you look at it from the floor level. The mats are unbeatable in quality and price, in my opinion.

There are two sides to every story, and thank you for sharing yours. I'm sorry you were unhappy - you should return them for credit.

I think the mats are good. I agree with the negatives about Ecklers, I purchased a digital tire pressure gauge from them. It was not operable. I returned the broken one and three weeks later got a replacement. Ecklers did not appologize nor offer to reimburse me for my shipping costs. Not a very smart bussiness decision when you sell a faulty item.

I have had the Lloyd's mats since October and have not had any problem. They look good and have no signs of wear. I got them through Eckler's whom I have not had any problems with either. I typically pick up the stuff myself which reduces errors, but I have ordered items over the phone and have never received the wrong stuff. If it was on back order or was going to be drop shipped, they also have informed me of that. I am not saying that they don't make mistakes, all mail order places will and do. By the way, I do NOT work for Eckler's and I am NOT affiliated with them in any way.

NIB, get a grip pal. If you have a problem with a product, make the post stating your problem. It is not necessary to develop an attitude and disrupt the site. It's understandable that you may be upset with your purchase but it's not the end of the world. Simply send it back and get your money back. I am sure they will be glad to give you back your money.

I would also suggest you show a little more courtesy and respect to the site members. Regardless of the fact that the guy (n4c5s) is the site admin, you should not be responding to anyone here like that.

WELL EVEN IF HE IS GOD. READ WHO IS MAKING NEGATIVE REMARKS DIRECTED TO ME PERSONALLY.THE FORUM IS HERE TO PASS ALONG INFO ABOUT EVERYTHING. WHY DONT YOU CRY ABOUT THE PEOPLE WITH THE OIL BURN PROBLEM. THEY SEEM TO NOT LIKE THIS LITTLE ERROR ON GMS PART. IT IS NOT YOUR PLACE TO TELL ME HOW TO POST TO IN THIS FORUM. I HAVE NO PROBLEM W ANYONE HERE. SO PLEASE DONT SPEAK FOR OTHERS . LOVE nib
