So, stepped up from the FLP 1 3/4 headers and x-pipe to Stainless works 1 7/8 with a 3" center to my 2.5 Borla Stinger cat back. Car LOST 40+ torque and 35+ horsepower to the wheels; could not tune any improvement. Same dyno I always use, same tuner. I'm thinking it might be because of my reverse split cam (248 intake 244 exhaust 615 intake 600 exhaust 110). Anyone have any ideas?? The current set up is as follows:

2002 ZO6
383"
Stage 2 CNC heads
cam as above
FAST 78 intake

Car originally made 485 rwhp, 460 rwtq. Driving the car is night and day. Feels sluggish down low. No codes, no driveability issues, just way down on power.

The 78 MM intake could be the problem...you might try the FAST 90 MM setup. I'm running a FAST 90 MM intake and a LS2 90 MM TB and put 475/450 to the wheels with a much smaller cam in my 383. Cam specs are 234/240 .598/.608 @ 113. I have the same exhaust setup except I have kooks headers...

Just for grins, I'd pull the plugs and do a compression check
