I have a question that I know somebody will have an answer. When lowering the front end, you have two (2) bolts one on each side. Which direction do you turn them???

I have the car up in the air on stands now. If I take pressure off the spring I can turn the bolt very easy, but I'm not sure which way to go with it..

Any help would be great..

Thanks in advance,

Ernie

Turn them counter- clockwise (lookind down on them). This screwss the bolt up into the spring letting the control arm travel up higher in the chassis, thus lowering the car.

Thanks Baron,

That's what I thought but was not sure... It's a pain getting the car up and down just to find out that you went the wrong way...

Again thanks,

Just another way to know you're doing it correctly: As you're turning, use your finger to be sure that you're CLOSING UP THE GAP between the leaf spring and the A-arm. You're essentially sandwiching these two things together. If that gap get larger, then you're turning the wrong way. :)
