Yes. As long as it has OEM heads all LS valve covers and valley covers fit. I also have a 2004 LS VALLEY COVER that Im pulling off this engine. Same thing with this part as it helps oil control, has a better PCV setup than older VALLEY COVERS. $100 for it too...hope this helps B...
