Mine didn't seem Magnetic to me?? I have a November Build 2001.
MAGNETIC DRAIN PLUG!
Spoke to my local chevy dealer regarding the mag oil plug that everyone recommends, and he said that it already comes standard in the z06.. he even repeated the gm id # for the plug!!
