I was just over on one of the SCCA forums, specifically the T1 racing sight and I was horrified by there problems. Seems some LS1 blocks were being "Windowed" at cylinders 7 & 8 because of an oil accumulation/PCV problem when these cars were at high RPM and in a long sweeper or high bank turn. Now we know why the Z06's block was oil relieved and why the PCV was redesigned!
