pics of molding cracked on top edge of doors

The rubber/ plastic moldings on the top of the doors (the ones that wipe the windows) are cracked. This can be noticed on the inside of the door when it is open and at the most forward screw.
Has anyone one had this problem? Does anyone know of a service bulletin or recall?

Thanks

Greg

Thanks

I checked the list and called my dealer but no luck. I am going to get two on order under warranty. Do you think it would be tough to install myself?

Thanks

I had the plastic piece crack, too. On the passenger window, near the blowout clip. If I recall, you couldn't just replace the plastic bezel, you needed to replace an underlying metal strip and the window gaskets, too. It was done under warranty. IMO, there's no reason your's shouldn't be, too.

Thanks Rocket Sled. I am going there in the morning but I hate letting them touch my Z.

Does anyone know what is involved in replacing these. I would like to attempt it on my own.

Thanks

Greg

If the dealership does it and screws it up they still have to fix what they screwed up. I'd let the dealership do it. :z:
