Since this is an option on the car and I think it costs $600, does the vehicle transportation charge (added to the sticker price) get waived by the dealer since there
is no transportation cost other than to the NCM which is practically across the street from the Bowling Green Assy Plant. Also, part of the added cost when buying a new car is for "PDI". Is that part of the $600 paid to the NCM, also waived by the dealer?

Dennis,

Destination charge of $645 is the same to the dealer in Bowling Green as it is to San Jose.
For museum delivery, the car goes 35 miles to Cave City on a truck. After dealer prep, it is driven back to the Museum.

The $490 delivery charge covers prep of the car, costs of tours, and some money for the Museum.
