Yup....I've been assured that this will be resolved on the 24th....Or, I'll start looking at another host...

I mean it's not a huge deal cause this new host offers a few more features that I've been wanting (I've been looking for over a month for the "perfect host") but as we know, thats not quite possible.

Either way, I'll take speed over features...much like my choice in automobiles.. /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif

There seemed to be a considerable speed difference to me (the linked site being much faster than the original). Pictures loaded noticably faster.

To be fair though, I was the only one on the site at the time, whereas the original site has 11 useers.

Not sure if you want to test hardware as well, but here's the network stats from the middle o' da USA on a cable modem.. As you can see, pretty close.

The second site seems to load faster, the images take about the same time to load the text is a lot faster when loading a thread.
