If I can find a new white 2001 Z06, I would like to buy it. Any of you, my soon to be Z06 friends, know of any dealer with white in their inventory? I have called 2 or 3 of the big volume dealers on the east and none in stock.

Oh well, if I cant find one, then buying a 2002, isnt the end of the world...its just 5-6k more dollars(semi ouch!) and no option for white........I know my 20 year old son wants me to buy the 02 anyway...just so he can have bragging rights for a couple of days(he assumes he could pry those car keys out of my hands for even 1 day)

And I wanted to add did any of you drive yourself semi crazy trying to decide between all the great choices - vert, Z06, Coupe? I know I did. Have a teenage son, tipped the scales in favor of Z06.

Use GMBuypower and enter zip 73113, then select Bob Howard Chevrolet. Maybe by now the arrogant SOB has given up on his $5K over sticker. It was still there as of last Saturday. I had to go back there to get a refund on my extended warranty, and boy did I relish those guys looking at my new Z06.
