Holy @hite, what a freaking steal :jawdrop: good job :thumb:
I could not get any stealership in CA to go below 47K (even with me paying cash); so I ended up getting one for 47K - 3K rebate. Total out the door price was 49K :guiness:
What's funny is I really wanted a C5 Coupe :; but I was late in the game in buying an 04 C5 and about the only C5's left were some Verts, Z06's, and a shiteload of Z16's...had to "settle" for a Z06
Paid 40.5 K in June 04. Also got $500 of free gas. (That's about 5 gallons now. LOL) They had a Lemans for 41.5 k. Don't regret buying it all though it is hardly driven. I work at home and most weekends ride one of my bikes so.... it has 1700 miles on it.
I WAS LOOKING TO BUY ONE IN JULY BUT COULDN,T FIND A USED ONE WITH LOW LOW MILES FOR LESS THAN 41.AFTER A BOUGHT A NEW V THEN I SAW A Z 16 WITH 1700 MI. IN MICH. FOR A FIRM 39.
TRY AND FIND A GOOD PRE OWNED. I THINK PRICE WILL START DOWN SOON FOR WINTER.
YOU CAN BUY LOW MILE C-6 FOR THE MID 40,S NOW
I WAS LOOKING FOR A GOOD USED Z-06 OR CTS-V . I WAS ABLE TO BUY A LOADED V FOR 44 PLUS 1,000.00 BACK FROM MY GM CARD. :yeadog: .
Purchased my Z16 in June of 2004 @ Campbell Chevrolet,BG,KY for $45.2...2 miles on the Odometer......Saw it come off the assembly line on May 24th...and handed the Build Sheet at that time ...!! Great ride...as it now has a whopping 816 miles showing on her...;0)
Picked up my 2004 Z06 at the beginning of July. I paid $39,500 for it and it had 8,889 miles on the odometer. The color is Millennium Yellow and the car is absolutely mint. The guy and his wife traded it in on a new C6 and I was in the right place at the right time.....for a change. :jammin:
