Replacing 4 stock rotors with 4 new stock rotors ($30 at NAPA). Do you guys recommend I turn them before running 'em?

Also, my Carbotech XP8's and 9's are fairly fresh (3 DE days) - any reason to worry about matching them with new rotors?

Lastly, I assume I need to follow the bedding process again. Is this true?

Thanks for the help.

Your NAPA rotors are more expensive than ours in upstate NY, but you make up for it in lower taxes :)

I can't comment on matching the pads to the rotors, at $300 for the pads I'd give it a shot.

I never turned mine, and the braking is awesome. Be sure to clean all the oil off.

You do need to bed the rotors to get the transfer layer established. From other threads, I understand that this is necessary to re-bed each time you change pads (track pads to street, and back).

There is no reason to turn the rotors, just slap them on, bed them in via the normal process with your used pads and go have fun.

I have been using these pads and rotors for about two years now and haven't had any problems with doing it this way.
