I have a R-D Racing C5 Cross-Bar (includes camcorder mount) with 5 point cam-lock harness. I used this for Auto-cross racing but have found that the stock belts and an upper body strap works better for me. This is out of the car and ready for someone to use. If you autocross, I used this in SS class in Spokes, but that is all I can tell you about legality. The only thing that you would need to buy or make is the crotch strap bar mount. I have the crotch strap included.
