RE: Service Active Handling

This is not at all uncommon....the Service Active Handling warning
coming on early in the "life" of your car.

The system is "learning" your driving habits and should
reset the warning when the car is shut off and restarted.

Many owners have seen this warning one time, shortly after
taking delivery.

Of course, if it pursists, there could be a problem...might check
your high mounted brake like, when this light is out, the
active handling warning will come on also.

I think this is a fairly common problem. I had this occur at 400 miles on my 2002. GM Tech had the dealer cycle the steering lock to lock 100 times. This corrected my problem. Yesterday I read a post from another new 2002 owner with the same problem and correction.
I would just keep driving the car for another 500 miles or so.
