Your first concern is if the car will pass any SMOG or visual checks, as long tube headers are federal illegal
Second is most time with LTH is they had to move the O2 sensors which is also illegal, and they may have
yanked out the 2 rear O2 sensors
The concern next is if the PCM tune that was done is good, crap, fad tuning cyberspace'rs promote that ends up to be a cluster screw over and if the tuner locked the PCM, and if so no one else could easily fix the screwups in the tune, and you're forced to buy another PCM and start all over again for a correct tune.
They also via the tune hid crap by turning off PCM error codes, so you're blind to real issues
