Hey guys,

I am planning on doing a SPEC clutch and flywheel with a heads and cam setup. Are you guys buying new slave cylinders when you do the clutch or anything else during the clutch install? What do you guys think is necessary? I'd appreciate any information.

Always slave and pilot bearing ! The pi;ot bearing is a pain to get out !

Hey RIDE3311,

A modification I've seen recommended is to drill out the restriction in the feed line where it connects to the body of the slave cyl.

Seen it in an issue of Vette Mag. and it's on my to do list when the new clutch goes in.

Following the clutch threads ... seems that a remote slave bleeder is a prudent item, while everything is apart. FWIW...
