Small leak Freeze plug passenger side head.

Good evening. I noticed this small coolant leak as shown in the attached photo. It happened after some spirited driving and WOT to 6500 rpms. Has anyone else had this issue?

Good evening. I didn't do anything to it yet. I was looking at possibly using an expandable freeze plug.
