After I opened c5forum.com, a few of my friends (and some people I never met, just people who found me friendly and helpful) posted a link here or there to my forum and were booted as well.
One of my friends was booted for no reason, other than that he had a Grand Prix and since I am big into the Grand Prix market, I guess the admin. over there assumed he was "with me" and booted him too. Nobody every answered his numerous e-mails asking what had happened. I will say no more on this topic.

I just tried to post at CF forum and it wont let me! I havent posted anything in the last few days, and when I did, have not mensioned a thing about this forum, didnt flame anyone etc. Troy if you are reading this(and I really hope you are) you are a very poor sport,and a greedy baby, you stated that you wont tolerate spam, but the irony of your statement is, that your site is nothing but SPAM lately, Buy this buy that adds all over the place, hot items on the side of the page, what a joke.

I don't know what the problem is over at CF, we are trying our best to work hand in hand with them.
Our only objective here is to provide the best Z06 info on the net. We want to be a die hard Vette info site. No spams, no deletes, no editing posts, and above all no locking posts.

So I was walking down the street, and I was approached by a guy in fatigues. Ended up he had been in a foreign war and was selling daisies. So, I bought a daisy from this hardcore vet for, um, $1 (I think it was)...

Seriously, though... The ONLY thing I'd like to see NOT happen between these two sites is for the info I'm looking for to get SO scattered that I have too many places to search for it. Seems that since the Z06 is based on the same (FRC) platform as the "other" C5's there's a lot of cross-over information to be given/gleaned -- and this stuff SHOULDN'T be pigeon-holed to one category or another.
In the CF, you could easily see (when someone put "Z06" in the heading) what a given post was about, and if you didn't want to read it, then you didn't. Were the Z06 posts taking up too much room or something? Were they annoying non-Z06 owners? Why stick those topics in a seperate folder? If I didn't want to read them, then I'd just skip them. I suppose I don't really get it.
Seems like this is the place to come for Z06 sharing now, since Z06 posts in the other plcae get kicked to another folder anyway. Might as well come to "the source" now. It's a shame, though, since I think there's probably a lot of good C5 info now in the other place that I'll not bother looking through anymore.

To this date I still have nothing from CF moderators about my banned status. It's a shame, too; CF is a good resource for Corvette owners, but I fear that recent developments are reducing its usefulness. But no more of this - I'm not in the business of bashing people any more. I wish CF the best.
