Need help. How do you remove the door speaker covers and the lower door panel. Thanks for any help.

1: lower the window
2: Remove the inside handle bezel (door lever trim)
3: remove the pull handle plug (this seems to be behind the pull handle (you need to remove it - i think its 2 screws, unless the service manual is being a bitch)
4: remove the screws behind the pull handle plug
5: get a "trim panel fastener removal tool", use that to pry the trim panel off (a flat blade screw driver should work too - besure to wrap it in electrical tape)
6: lift the panel up off the upper retainers
7: remove the harness connector from the switch

the speaker grill has tabs that you need to bend from the inside

do that and it should come right off
