Other than a slight hood latch problem (fixed), I have no complaints. The car is tighter than a prom queen's .....well you know what I mean. At speeds above 130 it does get a little noisy, but that's what the speed compensated volumn control is for.
Have three interior noise areas that I am working on. Got one fixed near the passenger windshield pillar/dash transition...rubbing together and squeaking. Another in drivers side dash...some vibration of something? Another in passenger side door area at rear of seat? Other than that, very solid over bumps.

Had a wobble in harmonic balancer/belt pulley. Dealer fixed. Fairly big job, the steering gear has to be removed to do the job. Check yours with engine running, look from passenger side. Have one little squeak in rear panel on drivers side. Will fix myself. Not worth waiting at the dealer for this.

The t-stat I replaced was factory, and would run at 200F, now with a new Gates180F the car is wanting to run at nearly 240F. Fresh 50/50 antifreeze and all seems a little hot, was thinking it might run around 220F or so. any one else have a problem with Gates t-stats?
I know this is a long shot but I just want to see if I can locate it and see what it's been up too. Unfortunately I have lost the contact information from the guy that bought it. Dont know of he still has it or not. It is a black 03 Z06 on black CCW classics. I sold it to a guy in Weatherford TX...
Hard to believe its been 17 years of ownership, 112000 total miles - 5 years, 82000 miles & 2 LS6s, 12 years & 30000 miles on the LS7 Z07 upgrade, 5 sets of wheels later and we still enjoy this car immensely.
