Just a note to all. When I took the C in for service, they showed me that a NEW Steering Column Lock RECALL was in order. The RECALL was posted in/around November time frame 2004. Just in case you didn't get the second RECALL done, you may want to check into this. I showed up and they said "Sir, your car has a recall that needs servicing". Johnny on the spot, it was done. (Along with my differential service). Check it out. Don't want to lose any brothers or sisters on here due to faulty "made by the lowest bidder" components. :drunken:

IT L Go: Question.....

If the computer program gets wiped out if you get the recall done, what if you get the recall done and THEN get your car programmed? Is it safe then? Does reprogramming the computer over-ride the recall? Thanks!

Tuning after recall should give you no problems.

No, tuning after the recall will not effect the reprogramming :z:
