Ok - found another thing that's a huge PITA!

Using screw driver to gentrly pry up, after spraying WD-40....just broke the pin head in half...

Get a set of needle nose vise grips in there....just breaks the top off the head...time to dremel, I guess...*sigh*

I have removed a number of these and have also broken one off. I found the best method is to use a small vice grip with a long thin nose and gently work it left to right while pulling it up. They usually come off pretty easy that way. Good luck!

I did search the posts...and did everything they said to do....vise grips on top, two flat blades on either side, slowly working it out...

I think the car is just pissed at me for draining the Mobil 1 out of it.

When all else fails, Dremel the bitch! :cheers:
