Replace the crank pulley on the crank and tighten the bolt down. Again the helms has you use a special balancer seating tool, but by using the OLD bolt, you can accomplish the same thing. Tighten the OLD bolt to 240 lb-ft, or until the pulley seats flush with the crank. (mine never seated flush)
Remove the old bolt and install new bolt. Tighten it to 37 lb-ft. Then turn it another 140º (clockwise).
