Your right about the pictures not doing them justice. I have seen them in person on a few Z's including FUBA's white one and they make the whole car look great!

For a minute there I thought I was going to see a chromed Z06. I like the chromeillusion color, but a chromed car would be a real eye cathcher.

I think chrome wheels looks best on lighter colored cars with white beiong the lighest.

I was really looking the car over this weekend and have come to the conclusion that the wheels make the Z06 look like the exotics of the 60's and 70's. I've always liked them and would not want to change them. I haven't seen a wheel that I think would make the car look any better except maybe chrome for car shows, although I wouldn't want the chrome on the car all the time.

Frank, that is the way I felt for the longest time. As I stated in my original post about getting the chromes, I wasn't a big fan of them until recently (yesterday). Looks like I was wrong for quite a while, but I have seen the light./phpBB/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

Thanks for the complements. The car looks 1000% better with the wheels. In fact, I was thinking about painting the car or even trading it as it was just looking too plain. The wheels saved me a lot of money./phpBB/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif I think the car now looks as good, if not better, than any of the show cars I've had.

VPRKLLR, that is the Spectre Werkes rear fascia. Another good mod. It better be with all the hassle and expense that was involved with it.

Chris Y2K FRC, the front of the car is lowered as far as the stock bolts will take it. The back was lowered, but it was lower than the front so I raised it back up. I think it looks better this way.
