Might put an integrated TSTAT on the Z tomorrow, but someone made a good point to me. What is your oil temp now? If the oil isn't hot enough it isn't as friction-free as it should be. I think the right oil temp is 210?
With the ambient temps in the 50s I have to run the car hard to exceed 190. Cruising temps run about 175. That may be a little low but the power is there and I doubt if the knock retard will kick in.
